Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, coordinating, and assessing the work of the Company’s employees and subcontractors

Ensuring the necessary conditions for the execution of work

Ensuring the timely completion and proper quality of work

Drawing up timetables and work completion reports

Addressing defects and improving the quality of work performance

Solving problems that may arise

Maintaining close contact with customers and subcontractors

 

We hope that you:

Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of interior fit-out (experience in ship fitting would be an advantage)

Can communicate fluently in English (Russian would be an advantage)

Possess adequate MS Office skills

Have skills and operational awareness in the field of engineering and technology. Technical education would be an advantage

Hold a category B driver’s license

Are diligent, loyal, responsible, and have good communication skills

Have knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations (an advantage)

Salary:

3,200–4,200 EUR/month (neto). The specific amount depends on the experience and competences of the candidate.
